Below is the process for making red ginseng concentrate.
Ginseng is harvested.
The ginseng is moved to the factory to be washed and then it is steamed to turn into red ginseng.
The ginseng has to be dried when it is steamed.
Saponin not contained in ginseng is completed while changing into red ginseng during the drying process.
The ginseng turns into 6-year-old red ginseng when it is perfectly dried.
The red ginseng is placed in an extraction tank to extract red ginseng ingredients.
The extract goes through the concentration process during which it becomes red ginseng concentrate.
It’s like lava erupts, doesn’t it?
Our red ginseng concentrate is different from other famous products
in that it is produced by using ethyl alcohol instead of water.
Concentrated liquid less comes out when ethyl alcohol is used,
inflicting losses on the factory, but much ginsenoside (saponin) is extracted,
making it possible to produce good-quality red ginseng concentrate.
